Terms of Service

These terms are between KyDec (“we”) and the business that opens an account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

• Give accurate details and keep them current. Billing and legal notices go to the address on the account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite do. Set roles and permissions accordingly.
• Keep credentials secret. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access, at info@techbizsolution.co.in.
• One person cannot be removed from a company: the Super Admin. Transfer that role before removing the person who holds it.

You own everything you put into the service. We claim no rights over your invoices, contacts, stock or ledgers beyond what is needed to host and display them back to you, and to provide the features you switch on.

You can export your data at any time, in formats an accountant can open, without asking us and without it being a retention tactic.

Do not use the service to:

• Break the law, or store records created to deceive an auditor or a tax authority.
• Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems or another customer’s account.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Scrape it, or use automated access outside the documented API.

Security research is welcome; report findings to info@techbizsolution.co.in and do not test against another customer’s data.

• The free plan is the full product within its usage limits. We will not disable a feature you were already using without notice.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and then stops. We do not pro-rate a partial period.
• Prices exclude tax unless stated. Applicable GST or VAT is added at checkout.
• If a price changes, we give 30 days’ notice before it applies to your renewal.

Where we help you move in — importing masters, opening balances, outstanding invoices and stock from Tally, Excel or another system — we do it as a service to you, on the data you send us.

• Imported figures are reconciled against your last trial balance, and you check them before anything goes live. Signing off the opening position is yours to do.
• The accuracy of the source data stays your responsibility. We map what we are given; we cannot correct a figure we were never shown.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support is available during mon–sat, 9:30–19:00 ist at info@techbizsolution.co.in. This is a target rather than a contractual service level unless we have signed a separate agreement with you.

AI features read documents and suggest values — extracted line items, ledger codes, predicted payment dates. Suggestions can be wrong. They are drafts for a person to check, and you remain responsible for what you post, file and pay. We are not your accountant, and nothing in the product is tax or legal advice.

KyDec AI answers questions from your own records and from KyDec’s help guides. An answer can be wrong or incomplete: check it before you act on it. What it says about tax is help with using KyDec, not advice; confirm filing decisions with your CA.

KyDec can connect to services run by other companies — Google sign-in and calendar, WhatsApp and Meta, email delivery, payment gateways and banks. When you switch one on:

• Your use of that service is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
• We send it only what the feature needs, and you can disconnect it at any time from Business Settings.
• We are not responsible for that service’s availability, or for changes it makes that stop a connection working — though we will tell you when we know.

The software, its design and the KyDec name remain ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business while your account is in good standing. Feedback you send us we may use freely, without obligation to you.

Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential, uses it only for this agreement, and shares it only with people who need it and are bound to the same care. That covers your business records on our side, and anything we show you under a request to keep it private on yours. It does not cover information that is already public, or that the law requires one of us to disclose.

• You may close your account at any time from settings. Export your data first.
• We may suspend an account for non-payment, or immediately for serious misuse under acceptable use. Where we can, we warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
• We may end this agreement on 30 days’ notice, with a pro-rata refund of anything you have paid in advance.
• After closure, your data is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but not as error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, other warranties are excluded.

Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards accepts them. If you do not accept a change, close the account before it applies and we will refund any unused prepaid period.

• Notices — we send them to the email address on your account; you send them to info@techbizsolution.co.in.
• Events outside anyone’s control — neither side is liable for a delay caused by something it could not reasonably prevent, such as a natural disaster or a failure of the wider internet.
• Transfer — you may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a company that takes over the service, and will tell you if we do.
• The whole agreement — these terms, the Privacy Policy and any order you sign with us are the entire agreement. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
