We build the system of record for small businesses
Most businesses under a hundred people run on four tools that disagree with each other, plus a spreadsheet holding the truth. KyDec exists to replace all five.
- Sixteen modules, one database
- Twenty-five countries
- Built in Jodhpur
Why we started
The gap we set out to close, and why nobody had closed it for businesses this size.
Enterprise ERP is built for companies with an implementation budget and a project team. Everyone else gets an invoicing app, a separate accounting package, a spreadsheet for stock and an inbox for approvals — then pays an accountant to make the four agree once a quarter.
That gap is not a technology problem. The software exists; it is just priced and shaped for people who do not need it. We set out to build the same discipline — one ledger, one audit trail, documents that post themselves — for a business that cannot spare a month to install it.
The result is a platform you can sign up for on a Tuesday and raise a compliant invoice on the same afternoon, that will still hold up when you have three warehouses and forty people.
Today that is sixteen modules on one database — sales, purchases, accounting, banking, stock, payroll, compliance and the rest — running in twenty-five countries plus a global edition, each with its own currency, tax behaviour and document formats.
Six positions we are willing to be held to
They decide what gets built and, more often, what does not.
One database, or it is not an ERP
Separate tools each believe they are correct, and someone spends month-end deciding which one wins. Every module here reads and writes the same records, so there is nothing to reconcile.
The document is the source of truth
Ledger entries are posted by the invoice that caused them, not typed afterwards. If you want to know why a number moved, the document that moved it is one click away.
Density over decoration
Accounts teams work in this software all day. Screens are compact and keyboard-friendly on purpose — you should see a full ledger without scrolling.
AI removes typing, not judgement
It reads bills, codes expenses, answers questions about your books and flags what will go wrong. It does not approve payments or close your books. Those stay yours.
Your data stays yours
Full export at any time, in formats your accountant can open. Leaving should be as easy as arriving, which is the only honest way to earn a renewal.
Compliance is not an add-on
Tax rules, approvals and audit history are part of how documents work, not a module sold to you the year you get audited.
Promises with a page behind them
Each of these is written into our terms, privacy policy or security page as well — not only here.
A person replies within a working day
Every message reaches someone who works on the product, not a queue that files it.
Contact usYour data exports any day you ask
In formats an accountant can open, without a request form — including the day you leave.

Corrections improve suggestions inside your own company only. Nothing crosses to another customer.

Prices and terms do not move under you. Material changes are emailed a month ahead.
Read the termsSeventy-two hours if something breaks
If a breach touches your data, you hear what happened and what we are doing about it.
Read the security pageWe sit through your first month-end
The close that tells you whether the move worked. We stay on the call until your books tie out.
