Built for the Philippines' rules

The BIR checklist, laid out tile by tile.

VAT, TIN, invoice fields, the quarterly return and the e-invoicing deadline — what the Bureau of Internal Revenue asks for, and what KyDec does about each one.

E-invoicing · Electronic Invoicing System (EIS) Not connected yet: KyDec prepares the figures, you file on the official portal.

Covered taxpayers must be e-invoicing capable by 12/31/2026.

RA 11976

The Ease of Paying Taxes Act sets up e-invoicing, governed by RR 11-2025 (as amended by RR 26-2025).

09/22/2026

RMC 98-2026 issued, effective immediately — it sets the deadline.

Step 1

Apply for a Permit to Issue (PTI) Electronic Invoice at your RDO or LTO.

12/31/2026

Covered taxpayers must be able to issue compliant e-invoices.

Step 2

Within 6 months of receiving the PTI, obtain EIS Certification.

The honest part: KyDec keeps your invoices in the required shape and prepares the figures. KyDec is not connected to BIR's EIS yet, and printed invoices from systems that cannot transmit data do not count as e-invoices — so check your EIS route with your accountant before the deadline.

What KyDec does

One login. One database. One set of numbers.

Sales & invoicing, from quote to collected

Quotations, proforma, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, delivery receipts and payment receipts. Recurring invoices, automatic reminders, 11 print templates, and sharing by WhatsApp, or by email with open tracking.

Questions we get from the Philippines

Straight answers.

Still unsure? Ask a human — email or phone, on every plan including Basic.

1Does KyDec send my e-invoices to BIR's EIS?

Not today. KyDec is not connected to BIR's EIS yet: it keeps your sales invoices in the shape BIR requires and prepares the figures, and you file on the official portal. If you are covered by the 12/31/2026 deadline, plan your Permit to Issue and EIS Certification route with your accountant now.

2Can it handle VATable, zero-rated and exempt sales on one invoice?

Yes. Tax is set per line, so each line can be 12%, 0% or exempt, and the invoice shows the breakdown with VAT stated separately — the way the EOPT invoice rules ask.

3We're not VAT-registered yet. Is KyDec still for us?

Yes. You can invoice without VAT, and when you cross the ₱3,000,000 threshold you switch the tax setting — your history, clients and items stay as they are. Basic is free, no card needed.

4Can customers pay with GCash or Maya?

Taking card payments through KyDec is not offered in the Philippines yet. GCash, Maya, InstaPay and PESONet payments are recorded as receipts and matched during bank reconciliation — they are not directly integrated.

5How much does it cost in pesos?

Basic is free. Paid plans (Accounts, CRM, Inventory and bundles) are priced per region — Philippine pricing: local, talk to us. Book a demo and we'll quote for your team size.

6Where is my data, and can I leave?

Your data is hosted in India, encrypted in transit, backed up daily. You can download every list and report as CSV, and every document as PDF, any time.

Get your books BIR-ready before the year closes.
