Any currency, document by document
Pick your business currency when you sign up and bill each customer in theirs. The exchange rate is kept with the document, and your books stay in your own currency.
Tax at the rates you set
Add your tax rates once and KyDec works tax out on every line, then summarises it by rate. Compliance packs exist for India (GST and Income Tax) and a VAT return for Gulf businesses; anywhere else, the return stays with your accountant.
Card payments on your invoices
Connect your own Stripe account, where Stripe operates, and an invoice carries a Pay Now button. The money goes straight to you. Bank transfers are recorded against the invoice and reconciled with your statement.
Hosted in India, supported by people
Your data sits on cloud infrastructure in India, encrypted and backed up every day, and exports whenever you ask. Support is by chat, email and phone, Mon–Sat, 9:30–19:00 IST.
